Admissions Information
While Montessori is used successfully in various types of special education, our school in Peoria is intended to serve those without special needs. (We would be open to consider individual requests.) Children of any race, creed, or religious background are welcome and encouraged to attend.
The school will accept children who are between the ages of three and five (kindergarten year) for the Preschool Program. It is necessary that the child be toilet-trained and be able to do without a naptime if enrolled in an afternoon session.
The school also has an Elementary Program with grades one through six. It is preferable that a child has experienced the Montessori method of learning prior to entering the elementary program. However, we would consider the enrollment of a child directly into the program, upon meeting with the child and parents.
We provide a before and after-school-care program for students who have parents who both work outside the home. Your child may enter the school at 7:30 a.m. and stay until 5:00 p.m.
