Admissions Process
The first step in the enrollment process is to attend an Open House, held every Wednesday morning at 10:30. If you are unable to attend the Open House and need to schedule an alternative time to visit, feel free to contact the School Office. Children are, of course, welcome to attend the Open House with you. In fact, we prefer that both parents as well as the child have visited the school before an application is submited.
After attending an Open House or an individual tour, you may elect to have an additional visit or fill out an Application for Enrollment. If the child is currently attending another school, we may request his or her records to be released to us at that time. Elementary-age children are normally requested to visit school for one or two days to see if our environment is the right fit for him/her.
A downpayment equivalent to one month's tuition is requested upon submission of an Enrollment Application. After the application and any school records or other accompanying materials are reviewed, an enrollment decision is made and communicated to parents. Any child may be admitted at any time during the school year as long as an opening is available.
